Friends Weekend!

What a fantastic weekend! I saw all of my besties this weekend and had such an amazing time. Literally made the best of every moment on the weekend. Unfortunately, I did not take as many photos as I should have, but there are a few. Let's get to it. Friday night by bestie and her sister from childhood came over. This is the first time I've seen her in 2 years (she lives in Germany) and the first time I've seen her since she's been married!! I love that so much time has passed and yet everything is still the same. Talking about all of our childhood stories and laughing like kids. Food for the soul. I did not take a recent picture, so here's an older one for ya. Friends for 29 years!

Saturday was the Pleasant Hill Brews and Blues Festival and my bestie Nicole (you saw her last week) and her husband Oliver came, and one of Scott's good friends Nick and his girlfriend Ellen. It was a fabulous afternoon filled with good beers and great friends. 

Sunday, the fun continued with and A's game with Carla and Wendy. The 3 of us used to work together 4 years ago in Sacramento and we've been great friends ever since. It helps that the boys all like each other too. We tailgated for a couple hours before heading into the game. The A's pulled out a 10-2 win and a good day was had by all.

Another highlight from the weekend... my mom and I booked a trip to Cabo for September! Just the two of us, 6 nights in an oceanfront room. Sounds like heaven, let the countdown begin. Guest post anyone?
