{Favorite Workout}
Bar Method - Kneeling Seat. Alright ladies, I searched high and low for and couldn't for the life of me find one. So I'll explain it the best I can, maybe our host can get us a photo from her studio.
Ok, so facing the bar you take your small foam (you could probably use a small pillow or something if you are doing it at home) and kneel on it with your right knee, elevating you just slightly. From there you lift your left knee one inch off the ground tuck your seat until you feel an intense grip and then push back in one inch increments. Then, up and down in one inch increments. Keep you seat tucked and I promise you, you will be shaky. Amazing!

Yup I've gotten a package delivered everyday this week! Muahahaha! I love getting packages in the mail and I had a note on my door last night for another one that should be here today!! YEEAAA!

After going to barre last night I headed out for drinks and apps with my mom, aunt, sister, niece and nephew. Nice to have a little girl time with my favorite women. Lucky little Idean was being so good in his stroller. Night ended something like this...

ReplyDeleteI love barre workouts! I did Pure Barre for a year, and recently stopped. I just got to the point I could not justify the cost for it anymore. But still a KILLER workout!

First of all I just got back from taking a class and we started with a similar workout and the instructor was like "you can watch Amanda if you need the form....errr she is doing a slight modification" but girl seriously everything was on fire and I was dying! That sister love with the leg kick makes me miss my sister! I need that breathalyzer keychain! I love getting packages it's like Christmas everyday! Hope you have a fabulous weekend girl! xoxoxo
