Maybe I only start to pay attention to these in the fall because sunrise happens later and I start to watch the sun peak over the hills on my drive to work. Look at how breathtaking this one is.
{birthdays}
Well we know that my birthday just passed but there are also a lot of other special birthdays in the fall months within my circle of friends and family. Birthday bring us all together and I love that.
{Turning on the Fireplace}
I love being able to switch on our gas fireplace and snuggle up right in front of it while I watch tv.
{scarves}
I wear scarves all year round but I particularly love my warm winter scarves. One of my besties gave me a beautiful black and gold thread loop scarf that I wore yesterday and I love it already!
Apparently I never take photos with my scarf on because this is the only one I could find and I don't even have one of my cute ties happening.
This fall I have my eye on plaid scarves to add to my never-ending collection.
{the tree's changing colors}
By far my favorite of the season. I really wish I got off an hour earlier so I could just run around and photograph the treelined streets.
{pumpkin spice lattes}
I know everyone talks about them and everyone hates hearing about them, but I do enjoy a 1 pump pumpkin spice latte and I very much enjoy drinking them on chilly mornings.
I love all these things as well!! Including sunsets too - they are so pretty in the fall!! I so wish I had a fire place to curl up - I'll just opt for the roaring fire on my TV LOL!

ReplyDeletePretty sure I complain about this every time someone has a post about fall haha...I miss Minnesota fall. "Fall" in Texas sucks. I miss sweaters, leaves changing colors, jumping in leaves, crisp weather... here I'm like "oh it's green?" "It's going to be 80 today?"
ReplyDeleteAll of the above, although we don't get color like that in FL! Some years we will get a little color, but it's usually closer to Christmas when it's getting older. But I love looking at pics of it!
ReplyDeletei just made a batch of health pumpkin spice muffins and a batch of pumpkin butter to go with it. i'm not into PSLs but i do love me some pumpkin spice muffins/breads and butter.

so excited we can use our fireplace this year - we didnt get an inspection last year, boo. i love watching the trees turn colour, they dont do that at home!
ReplyDeleteThis post is fantastic! I loooove fall - I could totally go for 9 months of fall weather (and obvi pumpkin everything) and 3 of summer. Your pictures are beyond gorgeous - that sunrise is STUNNING, girl! And the leaves! That's my favorite part of fall :) It's been so rainy and crappy here this week that I've been hating me life, but you're definitely encouraging me to be more excited about when it does clear up!
