31 for my 31st Birthday

Tomorrow is my 31st birthday and quite honestly I think we can just stop right here with the whole age thing. I'd like to call tomorrow the first anniversary of my 30th birthday. Quite honestly I still feel 26. I wanted to say 23, but then I went back and looked at my 23 year old baby face and realized it was more like 26.  In honor of my little birthday tomorrow I'm going to share 31 completely random thoughts/moments/advice cause it's my birthday and I do what I want. :)
1. Did you know that 30 is the new 20?2. It is, I promise. But if you are still in your 20's put on that damn sunscreen every.damn.morning.3. 30 might be the new 20, but unfortunately your skin probably didn't get that memo. 4. While you are at it, start that anti-wrinkle treatment early, once those wrinkles are there its hard to get rid of 'em.5. Stop frowning and start smiling.

 6. Smile lines are so much prettier than frown lines7. It's true that your body changes when you hit 30, I can't explain it, but I know it changed.8. Your body is your temple, don't put crap in your temple. 9. Exercise. Find something you love and keep at that routine.10. Juice. Get an expensive juicer and start juicing. It helps everything and tastes delicious, you won't regret how it makes you feel. 11. Sabering that champagne bottle on my birthday last year was amazingly exhilarating  

    12. And so was driving the Lamborghini13. Our girls Napa trip last december was one I'll never forget14. Keith Urban concerts are my favorite in the history of ever. 4 concerts and counting. I never want to miss another one. 

15. My precious nephew Idean was born in my 30th year and just 4 days separate our birthdays

16. October babies are the best!17. "Aunt" is my favorite title in life so far. Those two little angels are everything. 

18. Being loved by this guy is pretty damn special and I think we are both pretty lucky

19. I really wanted to buy a house before I turned 30 and then there was a glimmer of hope that it might actually happen in my 30th year and then that crap dissipated.20. I still have faith that our perfect home is out there so I'm not going to stress about it. What's meant to be will be.21. I got a promotion this year and after all of my hard work I actually do feel like it's paid off. 22. After buying my Louis Vuitton bag last year, I'm starting to think that presents to yourself on your bday every year are the best. No one knows me like I do, so why shouldn't I buy myself one thing that I really want every year. It won't be something as crazy as an expensive handbag every year but I like the new tradition.

23. What should I buy myself this year? A new phone? Those cowboy boots? 24. Have I mentioned how much I've loved my first year of blogging? 25. The older I get the more thankful I am for the amazing family that I have. I don't know that I've ever seen a family as close as ours. #blessed

26. As much as I dislike the term YOLO, it's true. Get out there and do it... do it all!27. Last night I had happy hour with my bestie and rocked a killer buzz

28. Ok, I lied, I was definitely drunk for a period of time.29. Nights like that remind me of how lucky I am to have such amazing people in my life. 30. If the next 30 years are as good as the first 30 I will be truly truly blessed31.
