I'm leaning toward the tiffany style pendants, but this item is a long way out so I'll keep dreaming about it.
The big thing right now is getting these walls decorated. Last week I told you that I'm working on some DIY photos on canvas but here are a couple of other inspirations that have caught my eye.
I think an oversized mirror is a necessity in any home, so I would love to get one for over the couch or in the dining room. I absolutely love the look of french street signs, black and white photography and large clocks.
I would love any other ideas, so if you have some send them my way, but in the meantime I'll keep being inspired until I find just the right things.

Im in the process of redecorating so Im in the same boat as you girl! You really cant go wrong with a good chandelier though! Love the wall inspirations!
ReplyDeleteI love pendants too and it would look so gorge in your house. We've been in our place for almost 6 months and still haven't put everything away and on the walls.
ReplyDeleteGirl, I am right there with you!!! We've been in our house for almost five months now and have ONE thing hanging on the walls! The struggle is real!
ReplyDeleteIt took me a couple of months to get my walls to not look like a bachelor pad anymore. I love the look of the chandeliers but there just not practical for our house. I have to have a fan in our bedroom {where I would hang one} or it stays so hot! We are currently redoing our bedroom and I'm finding it much harder to buy for than I did 4 years ago when we bought the house.
ReplyDeletethe walls are definitely the hardest part, especially things like mirrors - i still don't have one and i really want one for over the fireplace. i really love ceiling fans, not a chandelier girl myself but those are cute!
ReplyDeleteThose chandeliers are so pretty! I'm so into the stained glass ones, but the rest of the decor has to mesh to make it really work. Walls are hard for me too. I'm kiiiinda minimalist but also kinda boho chic — which don't really pair very well at all, haha. So I have this big blank wall that's the majority of my apartment and here I am, 6 months in this place, and I still have NO idea what to do with it! But can't wait to see what you do with yours :)
ReplyDeleteI love all the wall decor!
ReplyDeleteOhh I love all of your inspiration! The Tiffany chandeliers are my favorite too, and I LOVE that gallery wall with the french signs! The walls are definitely the hardest part to decorate, we've been in our house for 6 years (wow) and I'm still not completely happy with our walls! It's a work in progress!
ReplyDeleteI have a very similar pendant to the very first one in my kitchen. I love Tiffany style. I also have a 5 arm chandelier with Tiffany shades in my master bedroom. If I ever move I'm taking it with me!!! If you install one just make sure you add a dimmer switch they look beautiful a different levels of light!
ReplyDeleteOh my gosh, I love oversized mirrors. I also like vintage finds!! Pinterest is loaded with so much inspiration it can confuse you, but still such great ideas.
ReplyDeleteHow exciting !! :)
Those décor pins are so gorgeous! I love the black and white and oversized mirrors too. Hopefully Ill actually be able to put this into reality soon :) Good thing for Etsy to find some of these items too!
ReplyDeleteI found the best over-sized mirror at Bed Bath and beyond. I actually bought two and hung one in our living area over a bar space and use the other one leaning against the wall as a floor-length mirror in the master bedroom. Good deals are out there for sure! Can't wait to see the end result.
ReplyDeleteLOVE all three of them, especially the french themed one! Good luck decorating xo
ReplyDeleteWall decor is everything to me! I love it! And I agree everyone needs an oversized mirror!
