World Cup in my weekender?

Here we are again at the toughest day of the week. Let's start the recap with Friday. Friday the 13th ended up being a very lucky day for me because this happened.

Yup, I got promoted to Project Manager! My boss handed me my business card like this and said Congratulations. Friday night we headed to Sac for a River Cats Game and Fireworks.

Saturday morning we headed home and straight San Francisco to watch WORLD CUP with my bestie and some friends. The game of the day, Italy vs England. And my Italians pulled through in the end. Great match up with England but in the end the Italians prevailed. Forza Italia! Oh and we had the most amazing Nachos at Republic. Yum!

Started off my Sunday morning with a surprise call from my dad. He beat me to the punch and called to say "Happy Father's Day!" haha and we caught up on the matches from the previous day. And per the usual for the next month, we watched futbol. My game of the day was France vs Honduras.

We ended Father's Day with a BBQ at my parents house with my gramps. Great weekend!!

Today almost all of my favorites are playing and I'm so slammed that I won't be able to watch any of them.

Germany at 9:00 am

Iran at 12:00 pm

USA at 3:00 pm

Guess we know what I'll be doing tonight.

See you all tomorrow for some World Cup fun, I promise not to disappoint with tomorrows post!

Linking up with the weekending girls.
