Friday Favorites

Happy Friday!!
Happy Father's Day to my Dad! He's still in Iran and I'm missing him a lot these days and hoping he can come home soon.

WORLD CUP!!
If you've been living under a rock for the past 24 hours then I have some news for you. World Cup has begun and Lord am I excited!! Brazil kicked it off yesterday with a win against Croatia.
The games I'm looking forward to are England and Italy on Saturday and then Iran, Germany and the USA all play on Monday. Hmm...I'm suddenly feeling sick "cough cough". I need to be off on Monday.

Is there anyone out there who doesn't love Sam Smith right now? Yup, he's making my favorites once again.

{Favorite Book}
If you don't read Emily Giffin, you need to. Her latest book The One and Only is perfect as usual. I read in 3 sittings and could not put it down. I hate that I have to wait so long for her next work of art.
{Favorite Makeup Item}
My friend Carla introduced me to this amazing mascara and I'm loving it. L'Oreal Voluminous Butterfly Mascara. I ran out of my clinique and figured I could risk trying another brand. Thankful that I did! I absolutely love the brush and the way it transforms my lashes. No joke, it's good stuff. It even smells good.

    Oh my gosh "position open" that is hilarious!! Have you been hearing they are actually asking parents to not include those stickers on their cars because predators and robbers are targeting them (not to take it to a sad place haha) anyway!!! I am going to get that Emily Giffin book to read on my upcoming trip and that mascara sounds fabulous!! Happy Friday doll! xo

    So many good things here....I am obsessed with Emily Giffin books. I think I read something borrowed 20 times. The new one is good? My sister and I always buy them and then trade off....so I think it's my turn for this one :-) I'm intrigued by that mascara.....you'll need to tell me more.     The One and Only is on my reading list! I'm so glad to hear that it's a good book. And I need to pick up that mascara the next time I go to Target...I've heard so many good reviews on it.

    Mascaras are one of my weaknesses... I may have to try that one! I'm afraid I'd mess up with the brush though, haha!

    Love these!! Yay for World cup! I used to love Germany and even England at one point but Im a sucker for Spanish and Brazilian football. Also Ive never seen Iran play I dont think so I must remember to watch all those games.
