1. Practice Mindfullness. Not only is mindfullness a gift we give to others, but more importantly it's a gift to ourselves. Being present in our everyday moments is the most important thing we can do in life.
2. Quit saying "I'm Sorry". Let me explain. Of course we should all apologize when we hurt someone or do something wrong. I have moments where instead of saying "excuse me" I say "I'm sorry". Why do I say that?!? I don't know. So, I'd like to stop saying "I'm sorry" in unnecessary situations
3. Swearing...I'm too old for it, it's time to lay off. This is what I have to say to swearing (I'm sorry for the profanities but gotta get 'em out of my system)

4. Learn to use my camera on manual mode. I really need to make more time for my camera and maybe, as a treat to myself after I learn some manual tricks, I'll get myself a new lens too.
5. Be appreciative of what I have. Time to be honest, I'm very very lucky and blessed in so many ways, so I need to spend more time focusing on those things and less time focusing on the things I don't have.
“Be thankful for what you have; you'll end up having more. If you concentrate on what you don't have, you will never, ever have enough”

6. Be more decisive. This is a tough one. I triple, quadruple think every damn thing. I need to listen to that little voice inside and make it a big voice. Trust my gut and go with it.
That's all for now, I'm sure there are more, but I think this a good start.
Booses,
