{Favorite Recipe}
I made a layered yam and sweet potato soufflé for my holiday potluck on Wednesday. My uncle made this for Thanksgiving and it was to die for so I looked up the recipe and modified it slightly. I cut down on the sugar by about half since yams and sweet potatoes are already sweet. And I held off on the flower because I like to eat gluten free when I can. I didn't take a picture of mine....but it was gorgeous.

Hahaha, I kind of love the show and tell idea! It's so hard to tell people what you want, much easier to just go get it! Hence why I love gift cards! I LOVE sweet potato souffle, that one sounds and looks amazing!!
