First off I'd like to wish a very happy 30th birthday to one of my lovelies, Kathleen!
She and I have been friends since college and the memories we've made in the years since have been absolutely precious and I can't wait for all the memories to come!
To celebrate this beauty, her wonderful boyfriend planned a perfect celebration to see Cole Swindell, Jake Owen, Jason Aldean and Kenny Chesney! We started the tailgate at around 3 and the concert started at 5. Yup, you heard me 5pm...when you are seeing a double header, you gotta start early. The concert was fantastic and to be honest Jason Aldean and Jake Owen were the best for me. I had never seen Kenny, but have always heard great things about his concerts. He was good, don't get me wrong, but I just wasn't amazed. Probably the longest concert I've ever been to, it started at 5 and ended just after 11.
I had the most fantastic time with my girls, I love them and their boys so much and its always fun when we all get together because we are like one big happy family.

Drinking like a champ!!
Sunday was spent recuperating and doing a little bit of yard work. After that we were off to our bocce game where we got swept by some seriously not nice old ladies. I'm not exaggerating or anything, these ladies were mean...trashy too. Not the best way to end the weekend but at least we had home brewed beer.
What a fun (and long) concert! Glad you guys had a blast! And omg, drinking Jack straight from the bottle? Girl is a champ! Happy Monday!
